Search and rescue training exercise in Warsaw

Warsaw, Ind. The first brigade of the Indiana Guard Reserve, along with the Warsaw Fire and Police departments were at the Warsaw Armory Saturday for a special search and rescue training mission.

According to the Stacey Page Online, their scenario was that the Yellowstone Caldera had erupted in Wyoming, triggering the New Madrid Fault Line, causing powerful earthquakes to shake Warsaw.

The Indiana Guard Reserve participates in various types of drills in various scenarios all across northeast Indiana on the third weekend of every month.
