South Bend, Ind. More and more airports will allow you to keep your shoes on when going through security checkpoints.
It's all part of the TSA’s PreCheck program.
The program allows eligible passengers, like frequent flyers, to go through a separate security line.
There will be a special barcode on boarding passes of PreCheck passengers.
This will allow them to enter special and shorter security lines.
Another perk, these passengers will also be able to keep their shoes and coats on and won't have to take laptops or liquids outside of their luggage.
The program was installed at South Bend Regional Airport Wednesday.
Right now, only about 100 airports have the PreCheck program.
Sixty more are expected to get it by the end of the year.
