SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A South Bend man is going to prison for trying to hit people with his truck as he drove drunk through a trailer park.

Oliver Waldron, 45, was sentenced to 23 months to four years, and will pay $1,100 in fines, according to our partners at The Herald Palladium.

He pleaded no contest to assault with a dangerous weapon -- that weapon being his truck.

Back on June 14, Waldron drove drunk through a mobile home park off old US 31 in Berrien Township and tried to ram two different people.

His blood alcohol content was .13.
