Rochester man arrested for making meth near school

Rochester, Ind. Meth was found within 1,000 feet of a school, and now police have a Rochester man behind bars.

John Wentzel, 24, was taken into custody yesterday at his home on Franklin Street.

According to a href="http://www.staceypageonline.com/2013/12/01/rochester-man-arrested-following-police-investigation/" target="_blank">Stacey Page Online, a citizen tip led police to the home.

Police reportedly found meth and marijuana, as well as items used to make meth, and pieces of three meth labs inside the home.

Wentzel is facing charges of manufacturing meth within 1,000 feet of a school, possession of meth, among other charges.
