SOUTH BEND, Ind.--- A woman who fled from police on a South Shore Train after allegedly helping rob a 7-Eleven was in court this morning.
Danetra Washington, 26, is charged with three counts of assisting a criminal connected to the robbery of a South Bend 7-Eleven store in January.
Two others are charged with felony robbery, and a fourth person, 19-year-old Aliyah Brown, has been charged as an accomplice.
According to police, Washington created a diversion by saying a carjacking was happening outside the store.
Today, the court ordered a Community Corrections evaluation and another hearing date was set.
