Rice pleads guilty in fatal drive-by shooting
One of five people charged in a fatal drive-by shooting two years ago has pleaded guilty.
Stephon Rice is charged with murder and conspiracy to commit murder. So are four others, Brittney Watson, Steven Rice, Brandon Rogers and Rene Vasquez.
Police say on November 30, 2010, Vasquez drove the others to Cornelius Miller's home on South Lombardy, where they shot him.
Miller and Watson had apparently gotten into a fight earlier.
Rice could face up to 50 years behind bars. His sentencing is scheduled for November 7.
