Reggae Fest is going on this weekend in South Bend.
It's being held at the St. Joe County Fairgrounds for the ninth year in a row.
The festival features a variety of artists and entertainment.
There's also a drum circle, face painting, crafts and a beer garden.
The festival is also a fundraiser for sanitary restrooms in Africa, giving those around our area the opportunity to give back.
"We are raising money for Malawi, and we're doing it in America, and the talent we are using is from Jamaica,” explained John Pangani, festival organizer. “So, this is the combination. This is now the place we are doing this in america. So it’s like peace, love and unity. We are all doing it together musically, fundraiser in the grounds of North Americans."
