Notre Dame Quarterback, Tommy Rees, will not have to pay any restitution for his may arrest.
Rees pleaded guilty to resisting arrest and underage drinking after being arrested at a house party in May.
He was sentenced to a 30-day suspended sentence, 11 months of administrative probation and 60 hours of community service.
He also had to write a letter of apology to the officers involved.
On Monday, restitution was dismissed because the victim has no damages to claim.
