Ericka Popovich, with the Elkhart Enviromental Center, has some creative ideas on how to make your own gift bags or wrapping paper that won't cost you a lot and are eco-friendly.
She suggests using things like old Christmas cards to add decorations to plain bags. Another idea, use old containers. like those you buy premade salads in, as gift boxes.
