Leaders of a troubled real estate company with offices in Plymouth are facing racketeering charges.

Plymouth Leaders of a troubled real estate company with offices in Plymouth are facing racketeering charges.

President and CEO David Ferguson And Chief Financial Officer Alan Donohue used to run Stony Creek Homes, But the business shut down suddenly in May, laying off employees in Indiana and Nebraska. That's according to our reporting partners at WKVI .

Court documents accuse Ferguson and Donohue of stealing from employees, corrupt business influence, and other crimes.

A grand jury heard evidence about those crimes earlier this year, but those records were just unsealed, and arrest warrants just filed.
