Benton Harbor officials are trying to get to the bottom of a high speed chase.

Berrien County Sheriffs chased Orell Jakes, 20, of Benton Harbor through the city, arresting him after he hit two cars and rammed into a home. Jakes was charged with fleeing police, drug possession and having a suspended license in the Monday incident. That's according to our reporting partners at The Herald-Palladium .

However, City Manager Darwin Watson says city officials have asked for a meeting with the Berrien County Sheriff, for more details on the chase.
