NILES, Mich. - A pushy door-to-door energy salesman is getting a prison sentence, but he won't serve any more time in jail.

50-year-old Raymond Guzman was working for Just Energy, when he got in a fight with a potential customer in Niles back in February.

Guzman tried to force his way into the home when the victim refused to switch companies.

According to the Niles Daily Star, Guzman pleaded guilty to attempted home invasion.

He was sentenced to 127 days in jail, but he also gets credit for 127 days already served.

Guzman will also have to pay for damage he caused to the door.
