Halloween is right around the corner and the Potawatomi Zoo is adding some spooky fun to their exhibits for a fun, inexpensive, family friendly event this weekend.
Zoo Boo, as many know, it is an event that provides a safe place for families to come out and trick-or treat.
The zoo will be decorated with lights, spiders, skeletons, ghosts and more to make it the perfect spooky spot.
Folks will be decked out in their Halloween costumes and walk around the trick-or-treat trail.
Along that trail there will be several treat stations set up throughout the zoo. This year carved pumpkins may catch your eye as they too will be scattered around the zoo.
This event is going on all weekend long. It runs from 6 to 9 p.m. on Friday, 3 to 9p.m. Saturday and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday is the recommended day for children under 7 years old.
Tickets are $6.50 for children ages 3 to 14 and $8.50 for adults. For more information just go to the zoo’s website
