SOUTH BEND, Ind.-- It seems like a good deal, until they rip you off.

Police are warning about two men who scammed a couple in Noble County out of thousands of dollars.

They told the couple they'd spray blacktop sealer on the couple's gravel driveway, for just $200.

But when the work was done they asked for $2,000.

And then, they reportedly went inside the couple's house and stole even more money.

Our reporting partners at The Elkhart Truth say, the two suspects are both white men.

One is older, and the other is 18 to 20 years old.

They were driving a red Ford pick-up with a black tank in the back.
