A police chase ended with a crash last night in Berrien County, neither police nor suspect was hurt in the whole ordeal.
When a police deputy got behind a vehicle matching the description of one missing out of Kentucky, a chase ensued on M-139 and I-94. The deputy suspected that a missing Kentucky woman, linked to the vehicle, was inside.
But the pursuit did not end when the vehicle crashed into a concrete support on the base of the M-139 overpass. The woman exited her vehicle after the crash and took off on foot until she was caught by officers on the scene.
The woman was not hurt over the course of the evening’s events, but she was taken to the hospital to be checked out. The police have not released any specific details as to why she left Kentucky, and why the police identified her and her vehicle as missing.
