One of Berrien County's most wanted is behind bars. Dion Bell, 28, of Benton Harbor was arrested for failure to register as a sex offender and aggravated domestic assault.
After receiving a tip from the public, police found him hiding in a home on Highland Avenue. Bell is in the Berrien County Jail.
