Clay Fire Territory's pink fire truck made a pit stop at the tailgating lots before the Notre Dame USC game Saturday.
Survivors were on hand signing their names on the fire truck, to reach out to others, as a sign of inspiration.
"You can see hope, but when you look and see all these names, people go, 'I know her! Well if she can do it, I can do it," said Izzy Cherrone, a breast cancer survivor.
The truck roams a 150 mile radius, to raise awareness.
October is breast cancer awareness month.
