Few details are being released about why four firefighters from the Osceola Fire Department were let go this week.
But town board members tell NewsCenter 16 that their positions will likely be filled, and an interim fire chief is now in place.
The Osceola Town Board held a private meeting Tuesday night about this matter.
The board president tells NewsCenter 16 that they do not discuss personnel issues with the public.
Those affected by this decision include the fire chief, assistant chief, captain and lieutenant.
