The icy conditions played a role in a crash just outside Bendix Woods Park. It happened around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.
A 41-year-old woman was driving eastbound on state road two when she hit an icy patch, slid off the road and into an embankment. Her Nissan Maxima flipped onto its side after going through trees and bushes.
She was pulled from the car and taken to the hospital with minor injuries. Eastbound traffic on State Road 2 was shut down for about thirty minutes.
