One person is dead and another injured after a car crashed into a tree in the front yard of a Goshen home.
Around 3:30 a.m. Sunday, police were called to the 400 block of S. Wheatland Drive.
Officers found two people inside the car. The driver, Tyler Coburn, 21, of Goshen was killed on impact. The passenger, Tanner Pederson, 21, also of Goshen, was taken to IU Health Goshen Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
The crash investigation continues. It's unclear if speed or alcohol were involved, or if Coburn and Pederson were wearing their seat belts.
