One case of West Nile Virus found in Ind.

The West Nile Virus is settling in closer to Michiana.

Indiana has been doing routine testing of mosquito infested pools of water all over the state.

Mosquitoes in three pools of water in stark county recently tested positive for the virus.

According to our reporting partners at WKVI, so far, only one human case has been found in all of Indiana.

Health officials suggest you make sure to put on mosquito repellent when outdoors.

Long pants and sleeves also help keep mosquitoes at bay in heavily wooded areas.
