Three LaPorte boys accused of assaulting and making lewd gestures toward their teacher will not face charges.

Last week, a teacher at Kesling Middle School filed a police report against the three boys.

She claimed they made sexual gestures toward her behind her back, and took pictures with a cell phone.

Days later, she says they kicked her in the rear end.

Friday, NewsCenter 16 talked to police and the prosecutor's office. They said they would not bring charges because of a lack of evidence.

According to police, school officials did say the boys were suspended and have not returned to school.
