No criminal charges will be filed in the death of a 22-month-old girl who drowned at an Osceola at-home daycare.

Skylar Bullocks was under the care of Mary Schrock when she was found face down in the backyard pool August 2nd.

Schrock performed CPR before bullocks was airlifted to an Indianapolis hospital.

She died as a result of her injuries on September 18th.

Now the St. Joseph County Prosecutor says there's no probable cause to charge Schrock with neglect of a dependent.

There also isn't enough evidence to prove she was operating a daycare without the proper license.
