New information is being released about a deadly bicycle accident in Elkhart. The accident happened around 3:30 in the morning on County Road 17 at the US 20 bypass bridge.
60 year-old Raymundo Sabag was struck in the back by an unknown car while riding his bicycle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police have now said that the driver of the vehicle that struck Sabag and left the scene is 18 year-old William Meyer. The case has now been forwarded to the Prosecutor's Office for review.
