New youth art classes offered at South Bend Museum of Art

South Bend, Ind. School is back in session and if your kids are looking for something to do, the South Bend Museum of Art may be able to help. This fall they are offering a handful of new art classes, all geared towards kids.

For more than 20 years they have offered your classic classes, but now they have classes like Tween DIY Jewelry, Spinning: Make Your Own Yarn, Tween Knitting and more.

These classes are eight weeks long and you will meet once a week. While several of these new classes are catered to kids, they have classes for all ages. Adults need to sign up by September 8th and kids need to sign up by September 13th.

Members get 20-percent off the classes and they do offer scholarships.
