A new tool at the South Bend Medical Foundation is making it even easier on folks to donate blood.
It's called the "vein finder" and using near-infrared lighting, the tool gives a big picture on the skin of those sometimes hard-to-find veins.
The South Bend Medical Foundation also has special promotions during the month of March.
