A man wanted for manipulating and robbing women around the country, has struck a victim in Warsaw.

The Stacey Page Online reports that 30-year-old Christopher Clapp was renting a room this weekend from a woman and stole her credit cards. He left her residence with nothing but the clothes he was wearing and hasn't been seen since.

Clapp is wanted by U.S. Marshals in Montana for stealing a car from a woman he was acquainted with. He is reportedly on probation for charges of aggravated assault against a woman in Ohio.

Clapp is known for frequenting karaoke bars in Warsaw, going by the names Chris Clark, Chris Cerelli, or by his middle name, Benjamin. In the past, he has pretended to be homeless, preying on victims' generosity.

His victims say he has a tick, where he stretches his jaw and rolls his eyes upward. He's about 6'2 with black hair and a goatee. He has a dragon tattoo on his left shoulder that is not colored in. He was last seen wearing jeans and a pastel button-up shirt, along with a black leather jacket.

Acquaintances believe he may be headed to Colorado or Washington. He may be armed and dangerous.

Any information can be reported to Warsaw police.
