Nationally recognized Krasl Art Fair kicks off in St. Joseph

A nationally recognized art fair in St. Joseph, Michigan is once again ready to welcome visitors this weekend.

The Krasl Art Fair on the Bluff will feature the work of more than 200 artists from throughout the country.

You can come to buy some new pieces for your home, or just walk around and view the artists' work.

According to the Krasl Art Center, this fair is rated among the top art fairs in the country: ranked #12 in the nation by Sunshine Artist Magazine, #48 by the Art Fair Sourcebook and #8 by Art Fair Calendar.
The festivities begin Friday, from 5:00 until 9:00 p.m. Events include a fun night of wine tasting, a selection of food for purchase, live entertainment and your chance to chat with artists.

From 5:30 to 6:00 p.m., Children's Musica Workshop Teenstock will perform selections from the hit musical and movie, "Les Miserables."

Then, from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m., guitarist Mike Struwin and friends will perform original tunes and summer standards.

Best of all, admission is free.
