A Nappanee man who brought drugs to a meeting with his parole officer is now behind bars.
According to the Plymouth Pilot News, David Skaggs, 28 went to meet his probations officer back on Dec. 21. It was what Skaggs brought with him to the meeting that sent him to jail. Officials say Skaggs had synthetic marijuana and other drug paraphernalia with him at the time.
Skaggs was placed under arrest by the officer and taken to the Marshall County Jail.
