A drunk Notre Dame student accused of breaking into a spa now has a warrant out for his arrest.

That is because he did not show up in court on Thursday for a hearing.

Brian McCurren, 19, was found passed out inside "therapeutic indulgence" on a Sunday morning back in March.

Investigators say he broke a stained glass window, pounded through a wall with a hammer, and damaged furniture and equipment inside the spa.

They say he also sprayed a fire extinguisher all over the building, and ate half a dozen hot pockets, some ice cream, and some macaroni and cheese.

McCurren is charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief.
