A Notre Dame student was in court Thursday, on accusations that he broke into a spa and caused thousands of dollars of damage while drunk.

Brian McCurren, 19, was found passed out inside Therapeutic Indulgence on a Sunday morning back in March.

But before he passed out, he ate half a box of hot pockets, ice cream, and he was in the process of heating up some macaroni and cheese.

Investigators suspect he got into the spa by throwing a flower pot through a stained glass window.

Then he reportedly used a hammer to pound through a wall.

Furniture and equipment were damaged inside the spa, and someone sprayed a fire extinguisher all over the building.

McCurren, who is from Ohio, is charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief.
