Artist finishes mural for Goshen College underpass

GOSHEN What was a pile of dirt and a massive construction site now stands to be an artistic site at Goshen College.

This week, Goshen College alum, Noah Yoder, will finish the mural he's been painting on the school's pedestrian underpass.

A year ago, construction crews worked around the clock on the 4th of July to dig around the train tracks and install the underpass.

Now one year later, the student senate decided to hire an artist to paint the inside of the underpass this summer.

Yoder says, “This project… I want it to just be something that is fun and brightens everyone's day as they come through to class or wherever.”

The mural will be done this week.
