Motorcycle wreck leaves Syracuse man in critical condition

KOSCIUSKO, Co., Ind.--- A Syracuse man was critically injured Wednesday evening after being involved in a motorcycle crash.

A 2010 Ford F-250 pickup truck, operated by Michael Grunderson, 26, of Milford, had stopped in the southbound lane of SR 13 due to slow traffic.

The trailer Grunderson was towing was then struck by a motorcycle being driven by Daniel List, 56, of Syracuse.

A Syracuse/Turkey Creek Township EMS/ambulance crew was there to witness the wreck and began to immediately give aid to List.

List was airlifted to Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, he is listed in critical condition.

The Kosciusko F.A.C.T Team said the accident is still under investigation.

Grunderson and a passenger in the truck were not injured.
