An Elkhart County woman was arrested Monday morning after crashing her vehicle into a curb on South Roseland Rd.
Danielle Hammond was found to be driving drunk with her son, 3, in the car around 4:45 a.m.
She failed a sobriety test, but did not take a breathalyzer. Instead, she was taken to the hospital after she complained of pain. Her blood alcohol tests are still pending.
Her son has no injuries, and was released to his father.
She also faces multiple charges, including Possession of Drugs, Neglect, and Driving on a Suspended License.
