Moore gets 120 yrs. for part in deadly shooting

ELKHART, Ind.--- The man charged in a deadly grocery store shooting back in September has learned his punishment.

According to our reporting partners at The Elkhart Truth, Kevin Moore, 28, was sentenced today to 120 years in prison.

Moore and Richard Gross, 22, were both charged with two counts of murder.

The shooting happened in the 400 block of Middlebury St. at Saleh's Market in Elkhart.

Jagtar Bhatti, 55, and Pawan Singh, 20, were shot and killed inside the store where they both worked.

Gross is scheduled to be sentenced next month.
