Mishawaka food bank needs donations

Mishawaka, Ind. The Mac Food Pantry was at Howard Park collecting donations as well. It's the holiday season and the Mac Food Pantry is greatly in need of donations.

The pantry feeds about 400 people per month but wants to reach even more in Mishawaka, Granger, Oseola and North Liberty.

“Most of these people are out of work, health problems, can't work, very low income, and we have a lot of children, we shouldn't have any children going to bed hungry,” says Carol Minx Assistant Director of MAC food pantry.

Anyone interested in helping can drop donations off at 504 West Mishawaka Avenue.
