MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- Costco has received final permission to build a new store and fuel station in Mishawaka.
The city plan commission Wednesday unanimously approved the final site plan for the project.
That means Costco can pull its building permit and begin construction.
The members-only warehouse super store will be built on University Drive, east of Super Target, next to Summer Place Apartments.
Company officials say the project should take about four months to complete.
