SOUTH BEND, Ind. - A crash involving a Transpo bus sent at least two people to the hospital Thursday night.

It happened at the intersection of LaSalle and Hill, just before 6:30 p.m.

Witnesses say the bus was coming down LaSalle when it was hit by a truck.

"It was very scary, saw my life flash before my eyes. I thank God that he was with me all throughout the bus ride," said bus rider Gary Poindexter. "It was a lot of yells, people got shook up. Thank God, there was a baby on there, and she didn't get hurt."

The driver and a male passenger were both hurt. Their injuries were said to be minor.
