Thousands will converge on Michiana this week for the Midwest RV Super Show, which begins Thursday in Elkhart.
More than 5,000 people are expected to come out this year to see the new 2015 RV models from 13 different dealers.
RV sales slumped during the recession, but they are coming back in a big way -- and Elkhart County is leading the charge.
Some of the more elaborate new RVs are as comfortable as a house and offer first-class amenities.
If you want to check them out, tickets to the show are $10 for people over age 16. That price includes entrance to the RV Hall of Fame.
The show runs from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday.
