BAY CITY, Mich. Freezing temperatures aren't going to put a chill into the hearts of St. Patrick's revelers in Bay City and Detroit.

Parades are scheduled for both cities on Sunday, when the high temperatures are forecast to be in the 20s.

St. Patrick's Day Parade Association president Linda Weaver tells The Bay City Times "we're going to go on no matter what."

The 60th annual St. Patrick's Day Parade heads down Center Avenue on Bay City's east side and ends at Water Street in the downtown area.

Detroit's parade features pipe and drum bands, color guard units, floats and clowns. It steps off at 6th Street and Michigan Avenue and ends two hours later at 14th Street.
