Mich. man drives truck into river

A Michigan man is recovering from minor injuries after his truck went into a river.

Van Buren Co., Mich. A Michigan man is recovering from minor injuries after his truck went into a river.

It happened yesterday on CR 388 near 70th Street in South Haven Township.

According to our reporting partners at WSJM radio, Lewis Geits, 53, drove off the road, hitting a guardrail, and going airborne.

Geits' truck rolled into the river, but luckily, he was able to escape.

Police believe a medical reason was the cause of the crash.
