Mich. Secretary of State ordered to court on Ballot issue

Michigan, Secretary of State Ruth Johnson has been ordered to court as critics try to stop the use of a citizenship check-off box.

A hearing is scheduled for Friday.

Johnson's office is defending the box, saying voters in the November 6 election still will be given a ballot even if they refuse to answer the question.
