The Osceola Memorial Day parade will start at 8:00 am on Osceola Avenue and head west on Lincolnway to Grand Boulevard. This year's theme is "Honoring all our military heroes."
The West Side Memorial Day parade in South Bend begins at 8:15 a.m. at Ford and Lombardy streets. The theme is "Forever remembered".
A parade in Plymouth will begin at 8:30 a.m. at Main & Wing Streets. It will end at Plymouth Veteran's Memorial Park at Main & Church for a special ceremony.
Mishawaka's 63rd annual parade will be at 9:30 a.m., beginning at Main and 3rd, with the theme "Veterans: our family, honor their service."
The parade in Niles begins at 10:00 a.m. at the corner of State and West Main streets.
As always, you should expect some heavy traffic and detours. Be sure to watch for pedestrians on your way to and from the parades.
