CASS COUNTY, Mich.--- A member of the so-called "Selfie Squad" has been sentenced for multiple felony charges based partly on evidence captured in a "selfie."

Deon Goodwin will spend anywhere from 2 to 15 years in prison for his part in a home invasion that happened back in April.

Goodwin and two others reportedly broke into the home.

When police confronted them, they claimed not to have any connection to the crime or the getaway vehicle.

However officers found the victim's debit card and cell phone in the vehicle, and a selfie of Goodwin on the phone.

Paris Banks and Robert Goodwin were also convicted in this crime, and will be sentenced later this month.
