You could have a shot at winning one of the biggest jackpots in history Friday night.
The multi-state Mega Millions jackpot has reached an estimated $312 million. No one matched all of the numbers to get the $244 million dollar jackpot on Tuesday.
Employees at a gas station in Roseland say it has been pretty busy since the last time someone won the Mega Millions jackpot, which was the February 1 drawing.
Gas station employee Shannon Guyott said, “Some people that come in get three tickets of ten with the Megaplier and pick their own numbers. They have a whole routine that they go through every day or every week.”
If you want a chance to win, be sure to get your ticket before 10:45 p.m. The drawing will be at 11 p.m.
Each ticket costs $1 unless you get the Megaplier, which is an extra dollar each.
The largest Mega Millions jackpot ever was four years ago, on March 6, 2007, at $390 million. Two people matched all six numbers.
