South Bend's Marshall Intermediate Center did not receive an F on the State of Indiana's latest report card on school performance.
While the original list of school grades released by the Indiana Department of Education did show that Marshall had received an F, that list has since been corrected.
Marshall was one of four schools in the state that had appeals granted at the last minute.
Marshall contended that it was penalized for failing to test several students who had left school prior to the administration of ISTEP and the state conceeded.
As a result, Marshall's official school performance grade for 2012 is a D.
