KOSCIUSKO COUNTY U.S. Marshals are searching for a man who skipped out on his trial for child molesting. They say he has relatives in Warsaw and North Webster, so he might be in the Michiana area.

Timothy Johnson, 48, did not show up for his trial, which was supposed to begin Monday in Henry County. The trial went on without him.

Authorities say Johnson began molesting the child when she was not yet 7 years old. The abuse went on for more than a decade. According to MugShot.org, Johnson was convicted on four felony counts of child molesting, though he was not present to hear the verdict.

Johnson is believed to be driving a 2002 Chevy Silverado extended cab with the Indiana license plate of TK267LVZ. He might be towing a white, 35-foot camper. Johnson is described as a white male, 6’1″, 220 pounds with blue eyes and blonde/strawberry blonde hair.
