Police have arrested a man in connection with an armed robbery and chase in Mishawaka.
Larry Harris is facing preliminary charges of armed robbery, resisting officers and resisting officers with a vehicle.
He also had a warrant for a prior burglary case, a $1,000 body attachment warrant and a US Marshals federal hold.
It all started around 10:45 Thursday night at the Family Video in the 800 block of Bittersweet. Police say Harris went into the store with a gun and took an undisclosed amount of cash. He then took off in a car, and led police on a chase to State Road 23.
The car jumped a curb and started on fire near the intersection of Main and State Road 23. Harris got out of his car and took off on foot. Police caught up with him at the Holiday Inn Express on University Drive and arrested him.
Harris is being held without bond.
