A man is dead after an apparent accidental shooting at an Elkhart apartment complex.
Police were called to the 600 block of K. Lane at Old Farm Apartments around 11 Friday morning. Officers found the victim, 22 year-old Benjamin Moleski, had been shot. Moleski was taken to the hospital where he later died from his injuries.
The case remains under investigation.
