The North Liberty man accused of killing another man and stabbing his ex-wife is due in court Monday morning for his initial hearing.
David Lubelski faces a murder and attempted murder charge. Police say last month, Lubelski fatally stabbed Michael Gensinger and injured his ex-wife, Jacqueline Lubelski.
He has admitted to investigators he's guilty.
Lubelski also told police that even though he had been divorced for many years, he still didn't feel that it was right for his ex-wife to be seeing other men.
